  • Diet

    Eat a healthy balanced
    diet and try to reduce the
    amount of animal fats, salt
    and simple carbohydrates
    such as sugars, cakes
    and processed foods.

  • Weight

    Manage your weight and
    lose any excess by eating
    smaller portions and
    avoiding sweet or
    unhealthy snacks. Start
    the day with a balanced
    breakfast such as cereals
    and fruit.

  • Exercise

    You need to exercise
    regularly. Build up from
    20 minutes three times a
    week. Try walking more
    and talking the stairs
    instead of the lift.

  • Drugs

    You don't do drugs?
     

    What about:

    • Alcohol
    • Smoking
    • Caffeine


    Try to cut back or stop
    altogether.

  • Clothing

    Avoid tight fitting
    underwear, jeans and
    trousers. Consider loose
    fitting clothes and
    choosing natural fabric
    such as cotton that allows
    your body to breathe.
